Divisive and disgusting speech that any president, certainly in my lifetime, has ever given. He essentially waged war on half of the country by saying that we are all a threat to democracy because we believe in putting America first. It’s not radical to want to put your country and your own people first.
It’s not radical to want to have a strong border, a strong military, and to unleash the might of your own economy, not economies around the world. You know, we have seen cultural Marxism trickling its way through every institution in this country. The public school system, the higher education university system, Hollywood, Big Tech, the corrupt mainstream media that I fought against in President Trump’s White House are indoctrinating my generation of Americans into hating our country, hating one another based on race and
gender and sex and all of this other BS, quite frankly. When Whoopi Joy Behar and the other members of The View panel decided it was time to lecture Caroline about wokeness, commotion broke out. As usual, the discussion soon became tense. Wearing her trademark confident demeanor, Whoopi rolled her eyes and dismissed Caroline’s arguments.
Just then, Joy Behar interrupted with one of her well-known caustic comments. The tone changed >> >> and the panel’s criticism got more specific, making what was meant to be a normal debate feel much more intense. The conversation quickly turned into a situation for which nobody on the set appeared to be quite ready.
>> She’s probably been put in there because according to Donald Trump, she’s a 10. You know that’s what it is. I want to be clear though, it’s not her first job. It was her first press briefing. She worked in the previous administration. So, all of a sudden, we’re judging women based only on their appearance.
The paradox is really evident. These are the same voices that advocate for women’s rights and respect on a regular basis. >> >> However, that support seems to vanish the instant a woman happens to have conservative beliefs. The response shifts from unity to mockery, disparaging remarks, and outright assaults.
It begs the important question of whether their message of empowerment is applicable to everyone or just those who hold similar political views. >> Want to check this? No, you cannot be attractive and smart. I I will try to give Joy the benefit of Oh, thank you. I try to give Joy the benefit of the doubt that she didn’t see that briefing cuz if you saw that yesterday on numerous topics, no big binder, I think she might have had a different impression of this young woman who held her own.
I mean, you would have to give her the benefit of the doubt that she did absolutely no research or reading about anything dealing with Karoline Leavitt before she made that remark. Because Karoline Leavitt worked I mean, she went to Saint Anselm College. She worked for WMUR >> Congress? in uh in New Hampshire. She ran for Congress at the age of 25, but had a very good campaign.
Considering her youth, Karoline has already amassed an astounding number of accomplishments, as you can see. However, what significant achievements in Whoopi’s case stand out in contrast? At this point, the criticism almost seems to stem more from anger and age than anything else. >> She She lost by eight or nine points, but she still put on a good campaign.
Then she was the press secretary for the Trump campaign, going on TV literally every day. Well, heavily pregnant and a new mom. She’s a new mother. Uh and then she goes out yesterday and >> >> gives an And this again, this is speaking very objectively cuz I watched every press secretary since going back to Marlin Fitzwater. Yeah, I’m that old.
Uh and she went out there for her very first briefing at the age of 25, the youngest press secretary ever. And did a terrific job. Here’s where things start to get interesting, though. Karoline answered without even the least hesitation. These women are completely out of touch with reality. And you’re right, ABC should wake up.
I would like to talk about I am talking about Donald Trump who you work for. I am stating facts that your colleagues have stated in the past. Now, as I’m sorry guys. To be honest, there isn’t much to it, but I’m sharing it nevertheless to be fair to both parties. That was so good. >> >> In a statement afterwards, this young lady claimed her quote on-air snub proves that you know who will not be treated fairly in the upcoming debate. Now, do you think this is going to make people doubt whether CNN CNN can stay objective or is this more of the same of it’s all everybody’s against me.
It’s all rigged, RIGGED, RIGGED, I TELL YOU. Is everything rigged? No, it’s their MO. That’s what they do. Rachel Maddow said last week. She’s like in a if the election is lost, it was rigged. If there’s a debate, >> >> then the moderators are probably biased and they’re and they’re prejudiced against me.
Do you even listen to yourself, Whoopi? You sit here discussing women’s empowerment, yet as soon as a conservative woman achieves success, it becomes all about how she looks. The room fell silent abruptly. Joy, the queen of disruptions, remained silent. Carolyn continued nevertheless. She persisted pointing out that being woke isn’t about justice, but rather a political tool used to silence those who disagree.
Whoopi, too, on this show, you’ve been demonstrating that every day. Social media exploded in a matter of seconds and it was impossible to ignore the audience’s gasps. Carolyn completely dominated the conversation. Whoopi was exposed and now the view is a national trend. What happened when ABC went into full panic mode? Well, that just made things more chaotic.
>> While I vow to provide the truth from this podium, we ask that all of you in this room hold yourselves to that same standard. We know for a fact there have been lies that have been pushed by many legacy media outlets in this country about this president, about his family, uh and we will not uh accept that.
We will call you out when we feel that your uh reporting is wrong or there is misinformation about this White House. Boom. She’s got more. I would like to point out to each and every one of you that in 2024 when Joe Biden was in the Oval Office or upstairs in the residence sleeping, I’m not so sure, egg prices increased 65% in this country.
Bam. As rumors began to circulate, ABC executives were taken aback. Producers were incensed at Whoopi, sponsors were becoming anxious, and even some devoted viewers of The View started to turn against her. The true revelation was that Whoopi Goldberg had inexplicably disappeared from the following show.
And the official ABC line, Whoopi is reflecting on the recent conversations. Yes, we all understand the true meaning of that. The View’s reputation was immediately in jeopardy, but the consequences didn’t end there. The writing is on the wall at this point, and ABC must decide whether to double down and run the risk of a complete meltdown or clean house and finally bring some balance back to the show.
