remarkably beat them 2-0 and then against Canada they managed to win 2-1 with Morocco managing to get seven points they ended up top in the group while remaining undefeated and not conceding a single goal well the only goal they conceded was to Canada and that was because of an unlucky own goal so really Morocco didn’t concede a real proper goal to an opposing side then in the round 16 Morocco had to play another World Cup favorite Spain who came off an impressive Euros tournament in the previous summer where they made the
semi-finals however through sheer grit and determination Morocco stood firm and made it to the Penalty Shootout where Bono would force three Miss penalties from Spain in order for Morocco to qualify to the quarterfinals getting Morocco a 3-0 win on penalties then against Portugal in the quarterfinals a lot of football fans thought this would be the end of the road for Morocco Portugal were just coming off an impressive 6-1 victory over Switzerland in the round 16 and this result LED people to believe that Morocco stood no
chance against the young bright of the European country plus with Cristiano Ronaldo also being able to come off the bench the thought was that there was no way Morocco could overcome such a difficult task but Morocco did it once again they silenced the doubters because in the 42nd minute and the Siri jumped up like pridee Michael Jordan and headed the ball over the keeper to give the lead to the Moroccans for the rest of the game Portugal started to dominate getting more of the chances and The Possession however with Morocco standing

the World Cup favorites Brazil by two goals while Switzerland also having to drop points it was a nearly impossible task but it did seem kind of doable sadly for Cameroon though Switzerland ended up defeating Serbia 3-2 since the games were simultaneous though Cameron didn’t know that until the final whistle blew regardless Cameron didn’t fear Brazil as much as everybody thought because towards the ending moments of the game Vincent Abu Baker scored an injury time goal to secure the lead for the cameroonians with him proceeding to

didn’t know back in the 2010 World Cup Gana could have been the ones to make history by being the first African country to make a semi-final with Ghana playing Uruguay in the quarters in the last minute of extra time while the game was still 1-1 Ghana almost won the game off of a corner kick however Luis Suarez cleared the ball off the line but with his hands getting himself sent off for his country then with the pen kick being awarded Ghana still had an opportunity to make it to the semi-finals but asimon missed it then in the penalty shootout
